Flexible Integration — D-CODE can operate as a stand-alone station or be integrated into existing Cugher screen-printing lines, maintaining process continuity and production efficiency.
Real-Time Variable Printing — logos, QR Codes, DataMatrix codes, text and other variable data can change from one glass to the next, with no need to prepare new print graphics or interrupt production.
High Digital Performance — single-pass inkjet technology enables printing speeds of up to 30 m/min and resolution up to 600 DPI, ensuring precision, repeatability and reliable performance in demanding industrial production environments.
Integrated Print Quality Control
D-CODE can be integrated with AceLabs vision inspection technology to verify print quality directly on the production line. The system enables real-time inspection, immediate detection of printing defects or inconsistencies, and consistent monitoring of each glass, providing greater process control and a more complete digital printing solution.
